Fantastic experience! Fast and friendly service from the receptionist to the installer (Tommy in our case). He gave us excellent advice and did a clean job. Our needs were truly understood. We chose the Model 2, and it's very quiet. We can also monitor the garage door in real time with the app, as our system has a camera. Installation takes about an hour. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electric garage door.

Called them to repair damaged panel. Salesman Nick called me same day to set an appointment at a convenient time. He then showed up on time, fully prepared to assess the damage, and give an estimate of the repair. Price was reasonable, so I accepted in the spot. Appointment for the repair was set a week later. The technician arrived at 7am on the day of the repair, fully prepared. HE changed the damaged middle panel within 15 minutes - I am not exaggerating. Same quality panel as the original, exact color match. I was very impressed by the service and quality, and would recommend to anyone looking to replace their garage doors.
